 Thanks for your email. We had a great time and we felt that everything was very well organized.

1. Is your travel consultant of our company fast enough to answer your E-mail and patient enough to answer your questions?

Yes, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the service I received from the tour agency. Emails and phone calls were fast and efficient and very courteous. It was a pleasure to communicate with the tour consultant.

2. How do you comment your tour arrangements?

It was great and fitted our needs perfectly. We didn't have many days and the six day tour was just right. The accommodations on the tour were also well chosen, comfortable and the sights were a good introduction to Tibet. Our tour guide was also absolutely charming and very knowledgeable.

3. Are you willing to recommend our service to your people who also have an interest to visit China?

Yes absolutely.

4. Your general opinion on us?

Very fast and helpful service, and once arrived in Tibet the tour was well organized. Having a local Tibetan tour guide made the trip even more interesting because we were able to learn about their culture.

5. Do you have any suggestions on improving our services?

The only thing I would suggest is to vary the restaurants in Lhasa. We ate at the same two restaurants twice and we would have liked to try other places although we understand the agency may have contracts with some restaurants.

6. Can we use your comments of our service, the photos or other images that you took on the tour for our websites, brochures, marketing and publicity? If yes, could you please send us some of your photos by E-mail?

We had a very enjoyable trip to China and wish to thank you and your team for the excellent advice and service you provided. We were impressed by the knowledge of your tour guides (Candy, Meggi and Smiley), their English language proficiency, and their friendly approach. They made sure all necessary arrangements were in place and this enabled us to just enjoy the day trips without worrying about transport to the various sites and entry requirements. The drivers you provided were efficient at getting us to and from the various sites and this enabled us to see more than we could have had we taken public transport. Last but not least, we enjoyed the lunches that were included and the opportunities to chat with Candy, Meggi and Smiley about aspects of everyday life in China and Australia.

We would be very happy to recommend your company to other travelers interested in discovering the real China.

Now we are back in Germany,

I want to thank you for this great organization of our trip. Everything was perfect. Thanks for this – as in my written statement the only topic was the car where it could be more convenient to drive with a Toyota Landcruiser for a 4-5 Stars trip as we booked.

Nice to hear from you again, how have you been , well i hope :).

We had a great time in Tibet and we learned a lot of interesting facts about Tibetan culture , history and religion.

Our guide was very nice and he spoke very good English and he was also waiting for us when we took pictures and also when we stopped a bit to admire the view. The hotel where we stayed was very nice , comfortable and clean.

We wanted to go to the surrounding areas of Lhasa but because of the small time frame we didn't had time and maybe next time when we visit Tibet we will cover those areas too.

I hope to meet you one day in person because you seem like a really nice guy , I am feeling right now that we made the right choice.
