1.    Is your travel consultant of our company fast enough to answer your E-mail and patient enough to answer your questions? Yes, very fast & efficient!

2.    How do you comment your tour arrangements? Great, matched well with what we talked about before the tour.

3.    Are you willing to recommend our service to your people who also have an interest to visit China? Yes. Strongly recommend especially our tour guide: he was the best guide that we ever had on one of these trips.

4.  Your general opinion on us? Very high. Would definitely book again!

5.    Do you have any suggestions on improving our services?  We would have preferred to have seat belts for all of us in the car.

We absolutely enjoyed the phenomenal trip you had planned for us. We are still trying to get back on US time (we got home early Sunday morning!). I already have a friend looking to plan a trip who wanted me to pass your info on to him. Once we get back on track this week I will be sending it his way. I couldn't have asked for a better, more organized trip! Even with the flight change issue, it was nothing for us to worry about, you took care of it all. The hotels and of course our guides were fantastic! When we make our next trip, I most certainly will be in contact!

First of all, thank you for being there 24*7, literally! Because everytime I had a problem with my travel plan, I troubled you. I remember when I started planning the trip, I had a problem in booking the train tickets. You were the one who helped me out for train tickets, travel dates and even local advice in Chengdu.

Thank you for working so hard to make my trip memorable, thanks for listening to all my problems, thanks for always be there as a tour guide and a friend.
