Hope you are doing well.  I have written my review below.  I finally got a moment after coming back to the US. I think you do an outstanding job and you always looked after my interests.  The trip would have been a lot better if we took the highway route, if the hotel issues were sorted out, and we had the welcome dinner to get acquainted.  None of those things were your fault.  The fact that you stepped in and took everything I said seriously showed how great you are with your clients.  So, thank you so much for everything.

Now my trip was finished and i stay in chongdu one night to breathe. 

2nd day morning in tibet,that means 1st sightseeing day,special event was held once a year at temple,our guide changed schedule for this,but s o many visitors gathered. so we must have given up to join in this special eve nt.

I am ok to give up,because of waisting time.

Guide has well enough knowledge.very helpful.

I often visit china,4ー5times a year. Normally easy access places. If i visit d eep area,i must ask you again.

Firstly I would like to thank you for your work in organizing our tour. It was fabulous!

Very important to us was our guide. Lobsang was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, passionate about his country and tentative to the group needs. We had a fabulous experience because Lobsang was so good. We are feeling very grateful for him sharing his piece of the world with us. 

I will be sure to recommend your company and Lobsang with others who are interested in visiting Tibet.

Thank you for a wonderful tour. We are home safely and carry many fond memories. What an amazing country China is. I have written you an evaluation. Faye  will likely do her own evaluation and send it to you separately.

I will look at the trip advisor link on the weekend when I have more time, as I have not put an evaluation on trip advisor before.

we had a wonderful trip and we appreciated all the effort that you as well as the guides put into making our trip memorable. The initial problems were beyond anyone’s control and we felt that your agency tried to do the best for us given the available resources.
