Road Conditions in Tibet 2024
Owning to the rapid development of Tibet’s economy and the influx of visitors pouring into Tibet, road conditions in Tibet have been greatly improved especially the roads between big cities. Most of the roads are wide and in good condition, but driving time might be longer because of the rate-limiting regulation. While driving to Yamdork Lake, Mount Everest, some other remote areas, you will meet multiple winding roads spiraling up/down the mountains. Remember to fasten the seat belt and grasp the handrail.
