How to Book a Tour with Us
To book a tour with Tibet Discovery, including private tour and group tour, is easy and simple. Our professional and efficient staff of each department will take care of every detail of your trip. You just focus on your trip. Below is the detailed process of booking a tour with us:
1. Reach us by sending an inquiry or call us directly.
Enter our website, and browse in our tour collection to find your favorite tour which suits your interests, then fill your name, email address, rooms needed and requirements in the Quick Enquiry Form, and Submit it to us. In case you may find no suitable trips for you, we also offer tailor-made tour packages. Just go to the page Customize Your Trip where you can choose your favorite destinations, attractions and transportation means, gateway cities, and replenish your other requirements. Fill in the simple form and submit your inquiry. Our experienced travel experts will customize a tour to fit your needs.
2. Get a Quotation from Our Travel Experts.
One of our professional travel experts in the Sales Department will offer a quotation of the itinerary you have inquired about, or design an itinerary according to your requests with details of hotel, transfer, sightseeing, dining etc.
3. Amend Your Tour to the Best
After receiving the quotation or suggested itinerary from our travel experts, if you have any problems or want to make some changes to your trip, just feel free to contact our travel experts who will always be patient and offer you the most helpful answers and advices until you are completely satisfied with your trip plan, such as destinations, attractions, hotels, transportation, traveling pace, etc. But remember to confirm and make the booking in advance because the demand for hotels, tour guides and vehicles is quite high, especially during the tourism peak season (from June to October).
4. Confirm Your Tour and Make the Payment
After every detail is clear and agreed by you, it’s time to confirm the booking. A deposit is required to be paid to us before your trip. The amount of deposit is subject to change, depending on your tour type, group size and itinerary length. Your personal travel expert will discuss with you and adjust the amount accordingly. After we receiving your deposit payment, we will send you tour Confirmation Letter via Email. The balance will be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. 5. Enjoy Your Trip
Every detail your trip, such as hotel, transfer, tour guides, vehicle, dining, will be carefully arranged before your trip. The only thing you need to do is to focus on your travel. Enjoy your trip in the Holy Land.
