"I recommend the 7-day Tibet private tour (organized for two people). I rate the entire trip five stars! Reliable agency. Professional organization of the trip. All details regarding the trip were arranged in advance via email and then WeChat. I was able to contact the agency agent at all times. I received the full tour cost via email – there were no additional "hidden" fees. As previously agreed, the agency arranged my Tibet permit and flight tickets. The hotels in Tibet were 4-star and always located in the center of the cities visited. The tour program is tailored to leisurely sightseeing and perfectly shows a cross-section of Tibet (the most interesting and important places in Tibet). The car in Tibet was modern, clean, spacious, and with a very good driver. And, of course, the Tibetan guide was wonderful. She was professional, fluent in English, and extremely knowledgeable, committed, helpful, kind, and empathetic (we had the tour from Lham – if you have the opportunity, ask for her). If I were to travel to Tibet again, it would be with this agency. I have no complaints—everything was perfect."

"We are a couple from Canada, who are not new to travel adventures but the thought of planning a private custom 33 day trip to Hong Kong & Mainland China including Tibet seemed overwhelming until our first contact with China Discovery Travel Consultant - Phoebe Gao. From our initial email to Phoebe, at that point just outlining a bit about ourselves, my husband’s interest in photography and a list of destinations we were initially considering, she demonstrated a level of customer service that went far beyond our expectations. During the planning process, her responses to our many emails as we fine tuned the itinerary asking many questions, were timely, clearly stated, and always reflected a real caring to make our trip the incredible one it was. No detail was to small for her to organize , even booking our preferred seat locations for some of the amazing shows offered in the itinerary or sending interior photos of a smaller more remote located hotel I specifically requested, making sure it was what I was expecting. What was so impressive though was even while we where on this incredible trip, Phoebe kept in contact through “WeChat” just to check in how we were enjoying our adventure and to our great pleasure met up with us in our Chengdu hotel, after her day at work bringing us gifts which we loved & will treasure plus wonderful fresh fruit for our next day’s train ride. To summarize, the guides, the drivers, the hotels the destinations were all above our expectations but ultimately we feel the success and fulfillment of such a unique & personalized trip was Phoebe’s desire to make sure our China adventure was all we hoped for. "We are a group of family from Indonesia consist of 16 people. The reason we joined the cruise was to see 3 gorgeous dams. We booked the tour through Chengdu Bamboo tour int limited. Price is quite reasonable considering the ship is new. During checked in we were greeted by a friendly staff who arranged our rooms and excursions. Our parents room were upgraded with paying a bit more. The room was bigger and comes with bath tub. The rest of our rooms were spacious enough and clean. The interior of the cruise it’s pretty modern. Varieties of food were prepared and served everyday. We joined all the excursions everyday and paying quite reasonable price. Every trips back to the cruise were welcome with drinks for guests. Cruise entertainments were done well and staffs are helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend the cruise to any friends and relatives. Just one thing, for older guests who is not too convenient on stairs and walking will have difficulty to walk up and down during the docking of the cruise. Not all the cities during docking for excursions got escalators. Overall we all had a wonderful experience cruising. Anyone who is interested to book the tour should look for Jack from Bamboo tour. Hopefully in the near future, there will be more cruise routes around China."
