How to plan a trip to Nyingchi

March to October with pleasant weather is the best time to visit Nyingchi. Several documents must be obtained for your trip, including Tibet Travel l Permit, Alien Travel Permit and Chinese Visa.

It's up to you to start your trip from Lhasa to Nyingchi or directly fly to Nyingchi from some popular cities in China, such as Chengdu, Beijing, then travel to Lhasa. 6~8 days are needed to travel both Nyingchi and Lhasa in a single trip.
