Currently, international flights and overland driving are the two only ways to travel between Nepal and Tibet, and flying to Bhutan is the only option for foreign tourists. There is no international train connecting Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan at present, but the China - Nepal Railway designed between Kathmandu of Nepal and Lhasa of Tibet will be constructed in near future.
Transportation between Nepal and Tibet - Right now, tourists can take a 1.5hours’ nonstop flight to travel between Kathmandu and Lhasa, or get to Nepal from Tibet by overland driving, passing through Yamdrok Lake, Gyantse, Shigatse, Tingri, Mount Everest and Gyirong Port on the way.
Transportation between Nepal and Bhutan - Bhutan lies about 76km/47miles of east Nepal. So far, taking an international flight is the only way to travel between Nepal and Bhutan, and the Kathmandu Paro Flight costs about 1hour only. Now there is no road traffic of Nepal and Bhutan you can use.
Transportation between Tibet and Bhutan - Tourists wishing to visit Tibet and Bhutan have to transfer in Nepal, because now there is no direct transportation available between the two lands.
