1. Pricing Details

All our prices are per person in U.S. Dollars based on the exchange rate 1:6.7 (1USD=6.7RMB), so if you are paying by credit card or RMB cash, kindly keep in mind that you will be charged 6.7 RMB for 1 USD. In case you are not paying with USD but rather Euro, the Exchange rate is (1 Euro=7.2 RMB), so please take note.

All prices and prices ranges are subject to change without notice, sometime which is resulting from unstable fluctuation of currency, so it is highly recommend that you make full payments as soon as possible so that incase of any fluctuation of currency, the loss will be absorbed by And if you have children traveling with you, the prices for children who are under 2 years will be 10% of the adult's payment; and children between 2 and 11 years old (including 2 years old and 11 years old) will be offered a better price; and children at 12 years old or above will pay the full price.

3. Payment Requirement

Payment must be in US Dollars, Euro or Chinese RMB and arrive our office as soon as possible .We receive all kinds of credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card)

Bank/Certified/Travelers Checks, Money Orders, ACH (check by phone) or Wire Transfers (please fax a copy of bank confirmation when wiring funds) are accepted forms of payment at any time. Personal checks are acceptable if received more than 30 days prior to departure date. We also accept PayPal payments.

4. Name Changes, Cancellations, Refunds

Reservations and tour package components are not transferable. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate changes to Guest names prior to departure provided that at least one member of the originally-booked party travels; however, we reserve the right to pass on to you any third party costs, we incur in so doing.

Once a deposit or partial/full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted by writing and scanning of signature to us. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received.

Refunds will be issued within 30 to 60 days of receipt, written notice of cancellation. Refunds for payments made by credit card are subject to an additional 3.5% fee. No change of names or substitutions is permitted. No refund or cancellation fees will be waived due to death or sickness.

To be noted that there will be NO Cancellation Fee even if written cancellation notice is received within 30 days after we have received your full payment on condition that we keep and transfer the full payment to cover the cost of your future booking with for China tours within 18 months. If your future booking in our updated costs would cause a reduction against your full payment, we will not make any refunds. If the future book exceeds the original cost, we reserve the right to update the new price and charge the extra payment.

Very Important Notice:

  1. After the trip of your holidays or tours or traveling have commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
  2. For individual hotel reservation, booking could only be confirmed upon the receiving of the payment to account number. There will be no refund for any change & cancellation prior to 48 hours before check-in.

5. Eligibility

Children below the ages of 18 require permission from their guardian before making a reservation. We recommend that a notarized letter be written by the parents or non-traveling parent granting authorization to travel including the dates of travel. We also suggest that you contact the appropriate consulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements.

For the purposes of trips, an infant is defined as anyone who is under the age of 24 months for the entire duration of their trip. A child is defined as any one between the ages of 24 months and 11 years for the entire duration of their trip.

6. Claims/Notice/Requirement/Time limit

No claim for delay, detention, personal injury, illness, emotional distress or death of a Guest, or for loss of or damage to any of your property may be brought against us unless you provide written notice of same to us within 6 months after the date of the Tours upon which such claim is based (within 30 calendar days after the termination of the tour for a claim of property loss or damage) and no legal action may be brought against us for any Damages.

7. Not Included

Personal items such as telephone calls, cell phones, mini bar, laundry, beverages or alcohol are not included. This will be billed to you before leaving the hotel or restaurant. Also portage at airports, excess baggage fees and passport or visa fees. Airport taxes are NOT included in our tour packages unless indicated.

8. Meals

At all our tours include daily breakfast. Lunch and dinner is not included as we prefer to give the freedom to our clients to try the lcoal food by themselves. Meals are usually served at the hotel. Dinner may be served at a local restaurant too. Although we cannot guarantee special meal requests but we will try our best to provide you your special needs not only meal but also adjacent or connecting rooms, bed size and dietary needs.

9. Participation of Program and suppliers contracted for services reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operations of a tour, or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other tourist.

10. Passport, Visa and other Travel Documents

A valid passport with Chinese visas or permits is required for you traveling on our programs. If you do not have a valid passport please contact your closest passport office or see Passport Information and the passport must be valid at least 6 months after return date. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of yours, though our travel consultant may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon your request. accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.

11. Insurance Protection

We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from your country of origin or from World Nonads  which covers for trip cancellation and interruption, baggage protection and delay, travel accidents and delay, and emergency medical and dental services and associated transportation.

12. Itinerary changes and cancellations

We make every effort to operate tours as listed on our website, however, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, or substitute the activities, hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary. We also have the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to its commencement for every reason, like unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances beyond our control. In this cases we will re-book you on different day, however if we are unable to rebook you, we will issued a full field claim.

13. Luggage Allowance

The regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China states that, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg (44pounds) for the economy class, 30kg (66pounds) for the business class, and 40kg (88pounds) for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of yours. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

14. Medical Issues reserve the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participant. You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of Chinese governments by visiting You must also noted that we main require a doctor’s certificate stating that you are fit to travel, without blood pressure and heart condition.
